Letting Go

With the end of one year and the beginning of the next, it is time to let go of bad habits, and negative thoughts.

Easier said than done.

Letting go of what ails me doesn’t happen with the stroke of midnight. For me letting go is learning day by day, to curtail the negativity around me.

And, letting go means allowing solitude, peace and an exhale of completeness to fill in the empty spaces within.

What better way to start the new year.
